About The Mapua Village Cookbook is published by the Mapua School PTA (Nelson, New Zealand) to raise funds for a large indoor space at Mapua School. Story The Mapua Village Cookbook features over 80 recipes contributed by friends of Mapua School. Around 150 pages of full-colour, the soft-cover book also includes articles of local interest and stunning photography of our beautiful region. The book also features recipes from local (Mapua) establishments (cafes, restaurants, stores, and breweries). All profit generated from sales of this book will go towards the large indoor space development at Mapua School. This multi-purpose facility will be an incredible asset to the community, greatly benefiting Mapua School students as well as members of the wider community.
