Sally Turnbull is a Licensed Building Practitioner with a Design 2 license class and is also a Homestar Practitioner. She takes a holistic approach to any building work proposal to achieve the best outcome for the client. Sally listens to your ideas and advise from experience, knowledge and innovations to create and evolve concepts into reality. We can take care of all the documentation required for obtaining a building consent. Architectural Draughting & Design Ltd has a strong focus on sustainability in construction, and whole house wellness, sustainability and adaptability for the life of the building while working within clients' budgets. Sally has a wide range of design experience including the repair of chimneys after the Canterbury earthquakes, earth block construction, lifestyle block homesteads, and many transformations of existing houses from dysfunctional to fabulous. Sally always gives a fee estimate before starting any work so clients know what to expect at each stage of the design process. With professional membership of Architectural Designers NZ (ADNZ) Sally regularly attends professional development training courses to keep up to date with new building materials, regulations and methods.
