About Anxiety impacts upon everyone, directly or indirectly, at some point in our lives. We specialise in treatment for managing anxiety & associated depression. Story Our Mission Our vision is to provide quality psychological services to see people living healthy fulfilling lives. What this means is providing effective treatment supported by research, delivered with a warm and empathetic approach, to give people the best means to cope with and recover from anxiety. Our Services We provide specialist treatment for adults and children/adolescents. We also have a strong focus on stress and work-related anxiety disorders. By working together with Primary Health Organisations (PHO’s) and Work & Income (WINZ), we enable our clients to access funding for personalised, clinical treatment at our clinics. Our Roots We have our roots in the Phobic Trust of New Zealand, a charitable organisation providing support and treatment to people with anxiety disorders. After the Phobic Trust had to close down their premises in Wellington in March 2014, Phobic Trust psychologists Lucy Locke and Michael Burrows decided to open up their own clinic to continue to help people in need.
