Nikki Sainsbury has been working in natural healthcare and raising her family in the Wakatipu for over 13 years. She has a wealth of professional knowledge and skills to bring to her clients a deep quality treatment and experience.
With her background in Physiotherapy,Yoga teaching, Craniosacral therapy and Dry needling she brings a unique hands on treatment approach that is holistic with a base of anatomy, physiology, science, research and evidence based practice.
Her skills include Craniosacral Therapy, Massage, Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial release, Dry needling and pain management, Exercise prescription and holistic Yoga programmes. All of these skills combined for each and every client into a unique and customised experience.
