About The key to any type of fitness is to progressively open up your energy and direct that energy to achieving your health and fitness goal. I’d love to have the opportunity to help you make this happen. Story All my life I have been passionate about sport, health and fitness. At my first gym, age 12-16, I learned to box and weight train. I graduated as a High School Physical Education teacher and taught for 17 years. I began work in the fitness industry in 1983, 15 years full time and 10 of these as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant. I also have a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and have coached at an National (Open Men's), Provincial and Club level. I believe keeping fit and healthy are integral to a successful life. My commitment to my clients is to pass on my passion and enthusiasm for fitness, by teaching and empowering them with the tools to do this in a structured, balanced and fun way. You will experience increased physical fitness, emotional stability, mental toughness and improved overall well being.
