At Enlightened Performance, Ryan Bennett focuses on holistic fitness and well-being. This is taking into consideration the whole body or person, considering the mind, body and spirit. Ryan will work with you to find the right balance of all three, through fitness, plant-based nutrition & mindset that will provide you with happiness & permanent change.

Ryan has successfully completed studying a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition through eCornells -T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies and is currently studying a Diploma in Health Science. These courses have really cemented the truth, that to have long-term health, and for healthy weight-loss, you need to be eating whole plant-based foods.

Ryan has been a successful competitive amateur boxer for the last 6 years, Winning the New Zealand Golden  Gloves and other regional titles, and brings this motivation for success into his client’s Training and Nutrition.
