Ngā mihi, your Trustees "The Whakatōhea Pre Settlement Claims Trust WPCT is mandated to successfully negotiate a Deed of Settlement with the Crown for all who whakapapa to Whakatōhea.The Whakatōhea Pre-Settlement Claims Trust and the Whakatōhea Māori Trust Board WMTB are separate organisations with different responsibilities. They are both responsible to Te Whakatōhea. The Whakatōhea Pre Settlement Claims Trust has been given the responsibility to negotiate with the Crown on a Deed of Settlement for all of Whakatōhea and the Whakatōhea Māori Trust Board is responsible for managing the Tribal Database and current Iwi assets."
