an eclectic assortment of decluttered treasures

Story
First of all have you seen the movie "Secondhand Wedding"? (If you have, you will know where I am coming from). 
Background info: I am a teacher (20 years experience)... not a shop keeper. We ran art classes for children for a year in this shop/studio.
Problem: The studio is extremely hot in summer, and costs quite a lot in rent.
Solution: Our fabulous art class kids said why not to build one at our home in Thornton.
Next step: Raise some funds for a shed/studio 
Idea: I have collected odds and ends and crazy stuff and beautiful stuff all my life and have decided to declutter /stop hoarding to raise the money for the new shed/studio.
... What has happened is that other people in our community have decided to declutter too and I have begun selling their items on their behalf - I am so grateful they are supporting my vision and it helps pay the rent.
Our oldest daughter Jordan is in her 4th year at Elam (School of Fine Arts at the University of Auckland) and is returning home in November so I am aiming to have a shed/studio by this time so she will have somewhere to work. 
I have priced sheds and have also been looking at relocatable buildings it is pretty exciting!
