Neisha Brooking, REPs registered Personal Trainer, former New Zealand Judo Representative and International Figure Athlete, catering for all levels of fitness and abilities. One on one, couples and small group sessions.

Neisha thrives on challenges and believes that to succeed in the world you need a good attitude, self confidence and a solid work ethic.  Through exercise her aim is to develop these traits, which have the potential to lay a foundation for success in all areas of life.

Neisha has a varied history in sports participation and believes she has the drive and passion to encourage and inspire others.  Her personal touch provides motivation, variety, fun and support which is so essential towards achieving goals.

A passion for educating and coaching others encouraged Neisha to get involved in the fitness industry. She has represented NZ in Judo and Body Building, and more recently has become involved in Crossfit. She is a facilitator for Judo New Zealand’s Club Support Commission and publicity officer for Waikato Bay of Plenty Judo Association.
