About Little Orchard Preschool has 3 high quality preschool centres in the Whakatane District. Story Located in Whakatane at 41 DOUGLAS ST, 28 ALEXANDER AVE, and 101 MCGARVEY RD. Little Orchard Preschool has been a part of the Whakatane community since 1996. Our philosophy is to provide fun and adventure for children, while building up their confidence and self belief. Our centres have large outdoor playscapes which allow children to learn through play and imagination. We easily meet the Government recommendations for ratio's and teacher qualifications. We offer 20 hours ECE for over 3 year olds and also have a promotion in place for 4 hours of FREE childcare, with enrolments over 9 hours (T and C's apply).
