A specialist organic (BioGro #5124) vineyard in Waipara, New Zealand making distinctive Pinot Noirs with great character and depth. You just got to love them! Winemaker Di Holding and co-owner Ian Holding have a passion for cool-climate Pinot Noir which drove them to find a perfect terroir in Waipara, in the south Island to realize their dreams of producing an Estate grown Pinot Noir that would stand shoulder to shoulder with the best Burgundy has to offer. Sustainably grown with an emphasis on biodiversity and no-till biological viticulture, this pair as making sure they step out on the right foot...   A project worth watching.
