About My name is Matthew Poehler and I am the Captain of the TMS. I can be reached at oskar_der_drachen@xtra.co.nz for more information. Story We are a re-enactment society based in New Plymouth specialising in cross time period re-enactment. We have people that learn and fight at several levels from the Knight School for 8 years old and up. We teach Weapons and hand to hand combat based on Western Martial Arts. We also have several other aspects from Crafting through to Archery, and even Roman re-enactment. This page is for everyone interested in our society and our friends from around the country. Please see the NZ Combat Calendar for the schedule and location for not only the TMS, but for many other Medieval groups around the country with Training and Events happening all the time!
