We are “Empowering Fitness Professional” Pro-Fit is dedicated to the concept of giving fitness professionals everything they need to get out there and do their job. Right from the start, the focus of our training is to produce working fitness professional. This is the reason our course concentrate strongly on the practical aspects of fitness training – and do not overly burden the student with academic challenges in the initial stage. Our approach is to get up and working and then add in further practical skills and academic prowess as you go along.
