Story
Steve wants to offer his many years of experience in all aspects 
of the property world. Having sold real estate in the 1990’s, owning 
and managing his own farm, and then to owning and developing motels and latterly building a commercial portfolio.

Steve enjoys helping people build a better future; whether it’s moving up the property ladder or buying their first home, business or commercial venture.

Steve has resided in Otematata for the past 9 years, Steve and his wife Sue have 5 adult children and 8 grandchildren.

Steve is an enthusiastic gardener, he very much enjoys the climate the Waitaki Valley offers, follows rugby and cricket from the arm chair and is now enjoying playing lawn bowls for the Otematata club.

He brings a huge wealth of experience in all aspects of property – big or small!
Living in Otematata Steve will also focus on property in the Waitaki Valley.
