About Chris Jones Story I have been very fortunate to spend many years working with some of Europe’s most respected glassmakers & designers. Having been part of various teams creating some of Europe’s exciting work. But with all this experience and with my craftsmanship in many of these works of art, I didn’t have the chance to express myself during this time. With the traditions of apprenticeship and the British love for waiting for their turn I never seemed to get the chance to express myself, to be the artist as well as the maker, until now I left that tradition and cues to come to New Zealand.
