Story Brent grew up in a rural community and he was instilled with a relentless work ethic from the time he could walk. He can recall mowing lawns at the age of 4. He was involved in a head on motor vehicle accident after an oncoming vehicle came across the centre line. The result was catastrophic, near death and with multiple injuries Brent underwent years of rehabilitation where he personally made the decision that he would not be considered crippled.
