Set in rural Ararimu, at the local Community Hall, Ararimu Playgroup provides a wonderful, safe, family-run learning environment for your child.

We welcome people from the local community as well as the wider Franklin region, catering for children aged 0-6 years old. Parents are required to stay for each Playgroup session and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, other parent company and of course the fabulous morning tea provided by the Parent Helps.

We have a great range of toys, dress ups, crafts, books, puzzles, collage table, 
 playdough, building blocks, indoor gym, baby corner, role play toys, Lego and 
 that’s just inside! Outside is our playhouse, sandpit, playground with slide and 
 swings and of course cars, tractors and bikes to ride on.

We have two morning trips a term for our 4 year olds over to the new entrant class at Ararimu School to prepare your child for that all important next step.
