About Coffee on the GO is a mobile coffee cart serving espresso style coffee, hot food (pie's, sausage rolls, bacon sandwiches) also milkshakes for the summer. Story Just a bit more information about Coffee on the Go. I started this business just before Easter this year the cart has been purpose built and has all the required certification ( electrical, gas and health ), I have a certificate in Basic Food Handling from Industry Training Solutions, Palmerston North. I have also attended a three day course at Mojo's Roastery, Shed 13, Queens Wharf, Wellington. Where I acquired a City and Guilds Certificate in Barista Training. My pie's are supplied by Finest Batch Bakery in Pahiatua where they have been established for over five years and have built an excellent reputation. Any queries or feedback is greatly appreciated.
