The precinct is made up of 3 buildings: The Treasure House, Lopdell House and Te Uru Waitakere Contemporary Gallery. After undergoing a recent redevelopment the historic Lopdell House is home to The Upstairs Art Gallery, The Titirangi Theatre, McCahon House Trust, Deco Eatery and 12 local small businesses.
