About Mataora is Dunedin's first Low Cost integrated health centre with Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, Physios and community health workers. Story Ōtākou Health Limited (OHL) is a new charity founded in 2015, with a vision to develop Te Kāika - The Village. The property is 25 College Street, Caversham Dunedin, which is the old College Street School. Te Kāika’s vision also includes the establishment of a new clinic called Mataora. Mataora aims to reduce financial and cultural barriers to accessing high quality health services. The inaugural clinical health services will include medical, dental and physiotherapy.
