Your unique body is presenting you with clues, using the fascinating process of 'muscle testing' we follow this trail of clues eliminating the guess work and reconnecting you to your unique Body Wisdom. Today’s busy lifestyles are filled with stress and challenges that present in all different forms–emotional, psychological, physical and nutritional. Body Wisdom is a holistic therapy that integrates your emotional state with physical, mental and nutritional states. Improve your health, relieve tension or pain, remove unwanted habits, develop new patterns, create a more positive thought process, increase your vibration and learn what is needed to sustain & enhance all aspects of your life. You are fully clothed and a session will begin with creating your goal, then you may be asked to sit or lie on the massage table, while I facilitate communication with your bodies innate wisdom.
