Reiki is a very effective natural healing method in accelerating your Wellbeing, your sense of mental clarity and calmness within, your feelings of peace and deep relaxation while letting go of all the stresses. Reiki is not interfering with other therapies but will speed up the bodys own healing process. Reiki has immediate results. In only 1 session you will feel lighter, more energized and balanced, less stressed and more happy. In order to heal several layers within your body, mind, soul and emotions usually 3 to 6 sessions are recommended. So what exactly is Reiki and what can you expect from it? Reiki is a Japanese healing method. Rei means Universal and ki Life force energy. Energy is all around us living beings, plants, animals. Reiki has been used for centuries for healing body, mind, soul and the emotions. Reiki is a hands on healing practice. During a Reiki session the client will lie on his back and or front fully clothed and I will place my hands lightly on the body to balance the energy centres or chakras and act as a channel for the flow of the Universal energy to facilitate healing. In order to be able to channel the Reiki energy I have undergone 4 stages and attunements in this healing method over 3 years. Reiki has the capacity to speed healing from injuries and illness etc. Reiki aids in weight loss, PMS, Menopause, a restful sleep, trauma, grief, addictions, back pain, headache, IBS, Asthma, confidence, etc. Reiki balances emotions, mood swings, fear, anger, anxiety, tension and energy blockages in the body etc. Come on try it you will love it !
