About We are open Friday afternoon (1-2.30pm) and Saturday morning (10am – 12 noon). It is easy to join, with 3 membership options Story Did you know that we have a Toy Library here in Lower Hutt, which is part of Plunket? We are located in Epuni, near the corner of Mitchell St and Oxford Terrace.
