About Integrated yoga classes to ease stress, encourage flexibility of body and mind, strengthen and tone muscles, enhance your sense of peace and wellbeing. Story Sarah's classes integrate the key principles of yoga - physical postures, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation. Many complete beginners attend these classes and enjoy the inclusive, friendly environment.
