Story “My business was born from my need to make my working life easier. In each position I held as an employee I wrote procedures as often none were provided. I was driven to look for ways to set up systems, streamline the job and remove inconsistencies and boring mundane tasks. In 2003 after a conversation over a BBQ I took a leap of faith in my abilities to do this for other businesses and founded KIFFIN. In 2017 I rebranded to Fiona Hall the How To lady I am passionate about making my clients working lives easier through system coaching and creating great manuals.
