Story
 Thanks for visiting my page!  My name is Lisa and I am a Mummy to a cheeky nearly three year old toddler Flynn, wife of Aaron, a lifestyle block farmer and Personal Trainer.
I’m a hard worker and I work to be the best version of myself I can be – for myself and my family.  I started working out years ago but I found the real challenge and fight for my body and health when I fell pregnant.  I worked out safely throughout my pregnancy (up until 37 weeks!)  and I 100% believe this is why I had such a healthy, easy pregnancy and birth and was able to bounce back quickly,  however  I still fought hard to get my pre baby body back afterwards – JUST LIKE ALL MUMS DO!  After the birth of Flynn I found I got hungrier for fitness and dam right I got my body back but this time better!  I am now the strongest and the fittest I have ever been, I am more confident about my body especially knowing the amazing things it is capable of!
The ability to be able to keep up with my toddler is fantastic.  I am a busy mum, wife and business owner so I understand your time is precious, this I where I can help you create a balance between being a busy Mum/working woman and a strong, sexy confident women without having to make sacrifices on your limited time or family life.  
If you stare at yourself in the mirror and don’t feel happy about what you see, I can help you fall in love with your body again, I can make you feel strong, sexy and confident, all you have to do is show up give me your best effort and honesty.  We will work hard, after all nothing worth having comes easy but we will smash your goals and create the best version of you that you can be!
