About Howard Construction- Design and build Architectural Homes from Canterbury to Kaikoura Story Howard Construction Starting out as a farm boy in Kaikoura, mum always said i was born with a hammer in my hand, as i was growing up there was never any doubt i would become a builder. After 12 years in the trade, I now lead my own team of extremely large boys, an interior designer wife who keeps things looking pretty, several groups of subcontractors whom I have complete trust in to do the job right first time, and then very occasionally i even get the odd weekend away to go hunting. Life is good. What We Offer A Completely personalised service, in terms of fixed price contract homes or an open book system if you would prefer (cost + margin) A complete project management service if desired You can be as involved or detached as you like We are very experienced and specialise in architectural home builds We work at a quick pace with extreme attention to detail. Fast is good to get your house built, but it’s the quality that keeps it that way We want you to enjoy your building experience. We work off referrals and we are always busy, so its our absolute priority that you are happy with our speed and quality of work.
