About I am an independent midwife working in the Hawkes Bay area. Story My husband and I have four children. I worked and volunteered as a doula and breastfeeding counsellor for about 10 years before I began my midwifery training and practice. I believe in women and families and seek to support whanau in becoming confident and happy in their parenting experience. I was born and raised in Hastings then moved to Canada as a teenager. My family and I returned to Hawkes Bay about four years ago and love being here.
