Story
Hi, I am Sue.  I am a NZ trained physio with over 15 years experience in private musculoskeletal physiotherapy.  I am experienced in the treatment of spinal and peripheral joints, all sports injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation.  I have a special interest in the treatment of headaches and migraines and get great satisfaction helping people who have had headaches/migraines for years.

I offer a comprehensive evaluation, explanation of diagnosis and treatment plan, then quality 'hands on' physiotherapy including soft tissue mobilisation, myofascial release, joint and spinal mobilisation, exercise prescription, acupuncture, dry needling,  kinesiotaping and advice.  Treatment sessions are 30-45minute duration depending on injury and treatment needs.  ACC and private clients welcome.
