About - Fun Football for 4 to 12 year-olds - It's Free! - 9.30-11am Sundays - Anyone can play, no booking required Story Football is an amazing teacher: playing football helps develop critical balance, co-ordination and spatial awareness, as well as instilling a sense of fair play and teamwork. The youngest Lyttel Soccer group is in the 4 to 7 year-old range and is all about having fun with a ball at your feet. We start with some gentle warm-up activities, then play tag and running games before getting a ‘proper’ game of football together. All equipment, goals, balls etc are provided and an accredited New Zealand Football coach is always on hand. There is also a regular game for older brothers and sisters between 8 and 12 years old. - All welcome, don't wait to be invited :-) - No Fees! Discretionary gold coin donation only - Start time is 9.30am Sundays - Bring a water bottle and track shoes - Wear football boots and shin pads if you have them
