About Growing with the Flow Story Our mission is to provide an accessible space for people of all ages to dance for joy! when we dance for joy we reach that true place where we are at our most happiest, where we can dance to the movement of everyday life with a joyful, energetic and creative flow no matter what. In 5km we learn about ourselves. We learn how to dance into a new life flow, notice our stops and starts, past, future, good, bad, rights, wrongs and indifferent and then we shake it all away, let it all go we can emerge into a world that feels lighter and looks brighter than a few minutes before. The joy received in movement is fluid, flowing, uplifting, exhilarating, ecstatic...that continues into a dance of gratitude, where we can be at peace with our new place in the world and step into our lives with peacefulness and creative vigour.
