About Koutu Playcentre is a Parent run Early Childhood centre for 0-5years. We provide a fun, supportive environment for children and families/whanau Story Koutu Playcentre offers a friendly and positive environment for children aged 0-6 and their families and whānau. Children are encouraged to explore and learn new skills through having the freedom to choose from a range of activities including dress up, painting, carpentry, crafts, water and sand play. Our large outside play area also provides lots of opportunity for adventure and imaginative play. We incorporate Te Reo Māori into our children’s learning through waiata and other activities.
