About El mono loco brings you gourmet catering on wheels Story El Mono Loco was created by husband and wife team Stelios and Bridget Serafimidis. Bridget has been a chef on super yachts in Europe for the last 10 years and when they decided to make the move from Europe to Nz El Mono Loco was born . Stelios was born in Lima Peru and they have a house together in the north of Peru . With Peru rapidly becoming the top culinary destination in the world, they decided Peruvian Fusion was the direction they wanted to take with the trailer.
