About One Life fulfills a gap in mental health services by taking a holistic approach to well-being. A mental health nurse and life-coach, One Life is about inspiring you to make the most of your one precious life - and make it a life worth living. Story Mental Health nurse with over 15 years experience in the field. I use holistic approach integrating knowledge on diet, nutrition, physical health and psychological techniques including building resilience to reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety and provide support through challenging times. One on one sessions, mindfulness education, group sessions and training on mental health and how we can support this from a holistic perspective alongside conventional medicine or as an alternative - depending on your symptoms and the severity of your mental health.
