Story
Body, Mind and Spirit are intrinsically connected. Therefore bodywork such as therapeutic massage as well as life coaching are branches of the same tree. One emphasises more the phyisical and the other more the mental and emotional. But both help eachother to become a more balanced human being.
Essentially pain and suffering occurs when there is and imbalance or a disconnection from Spirit. This we feel in the phyisical for example as knots, pain of some sort and in the mental and emotional for example as lack of self worth, confusion, cronic anger, cronic sadness etc. All these are basically forms of energy stagnation may it be in the phyiscal or mental/emotional, essentially it is all different densities of energy.
Massage Therapy and life coaching are different approaches to help release stagnated energy and assist to restore your natural energy flow.
