Story
Hello my name is Teresa, I am a Tri NZ Accredited Triathlon coach, Bike NZ Accredited Cycling Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Experienced Swim Coach.

I have a huge background in sport to the Elite level. Having travelled the world representing NZ in two different sports; Waterpolo and Triathlon.

My passion is to pass on my knowledge and experiences through coaching, personal training and mentoring. I want people to have fun and enjoy triathlon as it is such a cool sport!
As a coach I intend to keep learning and developing my skills.
As a person I strive to be a happy, healthy role model.

I believe coaching should promote awareness, responsibility and self belief in the athlete, it is about helping people learn in a way so that they become self sufficient and have the skills to work things out for themselves. Coaching is about keeping a balance not just in sport but in life, it is about caring about the person not just the athlete.

I am looking forward to the future and excited to help people reach their dreams and goals.
