Welcome to Tai Chi Stretching A set of eight Chi Kung standing exercises as an introduction to movement. it then becomes easier to learn the traditional Tai Chi Yang Style short form of 37 movements which provides all the essential elements that improve body balance,posture and coordination. As a moving form of meditation Tai Chi will allow you to breahte, relax, and be mindful of the slow graceful intereconnected postures of the form. Studies on the benefits of regular practice have proven to reduce the incidence of fall and improve energy levels.. The Tai Chi form is believed to encourage the circulation of an internal energy system as well as having inner and outer connections such as strong legs / healthy heart.
