About Trusouls are little creatures that are part dragon, part mermaid and part unicorn. Find out what magical powers they have! Story Trusouls are little friends that encourage positive self- talk; that is how their magic works! It is well documented that having a positive inner monologue correlates with good self- esteem and a more positive outlook on life. All Trusoul messages have been approved by a clinical psychologist. While Trusouls can be for all ages, they are not recommended for small children as they are fragile and small parts may break off and should not be put in mouths.
