About Free monthly breastfeeding classes for pregnant women and their partners/close family. Story These FREE classes will help pregnant women and their partners to gain confidence with breastfeeding. CLASSES WILL INCLUDE: How to position and latch baby on, how your body makes milk, being skin to skin with your baby, what to expect from your breastfed baby, overcoming challenges, supporting a breastfeeding mother, where to get ongoing support, and more! Places on our courses are limited to 10-15 people to ensure that the individual needs of each group are met. Partners and other support people are encouraged to attend, as it is vital for a breastfeeding mother’s supporters to have a good level of knowledge about breastfeeding in order to provide practical support.
