A personal training and wellness business, based out of Zenith Fitness palmerston north and fully mobile.

Story
I am a qualified, REP's registered personal trainer offering mobile fitness solutions. The founder and sole trainer of Resultz Fitness, I offer one-on-one personal training, or group sessions, as well as nutritional advice. I can provide a specialised programme for those whom are not wishing to have regular sessions, but would like more direction in their own training. 
I operate from my home in Bulls, where most of my clients come to train, however i am fully mobile and can come to you!! So there really is no excuse!

As a competitive BodyBuilder, after a childhood of struggling with my own weight and self-image issues i now specialise in toning and conditioning after weight loss...but i would also love to help you get to that final stage :)

Throughout the year i run Bootcamp type programmes, which are a great way to challenge the body, mind...and shift a few stubborn kilo in the process!
