I work with people just like you – helping them to create their own opportunities & more importantly confidence surrounded by positive people. We have all been in bad places in our life and guess what we can all come out of those bad places - I am living proof! I am dedicated to sharing thought-provoking content, educational posts and insightful quotes with the aim of inspiring mental growth, personal development and finding the best version of ourselves. A traditional business owner, a property investor and a hard-working individual I sometimes become time poor. I want to challenge myself with confidence, health, wealth and time. The harder I work in my traditional business, the less time I have to ensure my physical and mental health are cared for. The less time I have to just occasionally reward myself with some “me time”. Something must change so I have taken a chance. I don't want to be a follower nor do I want to be a guru - I just want to meet with like minded people who want to feel great about themselves no matter what has happened in a past or current life. All actions start with us as individuals. Nobody can do it for you - It is up to you. I am here to share stories, interests and help people wherever I can. I can not live your life, for you, only you can do that by making your own decisions but I can listen. I want to create more leaders & help more people – no matter what age, gender or culture, find the health – physical and mental - and laughter that they deserve.
