About Tri nights for 2016 will run fortnightly from 6.15pm on 2 November at Karapiro Domain. If we have sufficient numbers we'll continue in 2017. See you there! Story $10 per session. Registration from 5:40 pm. Events start at 6:15pm. Five events to choose from. TRIATHLON: *750m swim, 20km cycle, 4.8km run *250m swim, 10km cycle, 3.2km run * 150m swim, 7km cycle, 1.6km run DUATHLON: *1.6km run, 20km cycle, 3.2km run *1.6km run, 7km cycle, 1.6km run SWIM circuit along the lake edge between the boat ramp and Rowing NZ. BIKE circuit along Maungatautari road - 7km turns at Luck at Last Road, 10km turns at 1048 Maungatautari Road, 20km is 2x10km lap RUN circuit around Karopiro domain - 1.6km is one lap, 3.2km is two laps, 4.8km is three laps All abilities catered for.
