About This Side Up Aviation, an Aviation brand and company in New Zealand owned by Commercial A&H pilot, Lawrence Robinson. Instagram: @pilot_lawrence_robinson Story Aviation has always been my passion. From a very early age I learnt how to fly model aircraft with my grandad, I entered Large Scale Aerobatic competitions and won national titles in South Africa. I became a commercial pilot at the age of 20 and started my aviation career in Crop-Spraying. I moved over to New Zealand for a better lifestyle but still had a firey passion for my biggest past-time, Flying. This Side Up NZ is my reach to all of you who have been moved, physically and emotionally, by Aviation and how we are all connected via the skies above. I love having the land above and the Sky below at times, aerobatics is my passion and I’d like you to be part of my passion for life, Aviation.
