With over 5 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry I can honestly say I feel lucky to have found a career that enables me to do what I love. I couldn't imagine a better way to spend the majority of my day than assisting people with their health and fitness. From all walks of life within all different settings such as gyms, community groups, hospitals, workplaces and schools I feel motivated and inspired every time a client arrives at training. My favourite moments are when my clients start correcting their own technique and their facial expression when they reach their goals.
