About We offer various programmes from playgym, recreational gymnastic, trampoline and artistic gymnastics. http://www.esgc.co.nz Story Here at the Eastern Suburbs Gymnastics Club we strive to make our classes challenging and fun, in a setting that is organised and safe. Gymnastics has many benefits, promoting strength, flexibility, speed and grace as well as teaching self confidence, discipline, teamwork and character development. By providing every child with the opportunity to be successful, we build their confidence and self esteem. Whilst having fun and exercising our young gymnasts learn lessons that last a lifetime. Dealing with success and failure, respect, discipline and the sheer joy of physical fitness. Of course it's also a great place to make friends and feel part of a winning team.
