Story
 Reiki is a japanese based natural therapy that allows universal energy to be channeled from the therapist through to you, helping to bring clarity to the mind, release emotional blockages and leave you re-aligned with a deep feeling of relaxation.

Delight in a full hour-long session using a combination of crystals, chakra oils and colour to realign your spirit.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit that could induce many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Allow yourself to relax and feel the comfort of Reiki as your senses are soothed by the gentle music, therapeutic oils, vibrational crystals and colour, all combining together with the aim of restoring balance and supporting well-being.

Your Reiki session will be unique to you to address your own feelings, thoughts, emotions, beliefs and experiences. That's why I feel it is important to take the time to calm the busy demanding world around us and re-unite with ourselves. I have spent two years training as a Reiki 2 practitioner before becoming a Reiki Master and have now had eight years experience as a Reiki therapist, helping others to discover their own potential
