Yoga is a fantastic way to give you down time from your busy life. Invigorating and uplifting, the postures will strengthen and tone your body for the changes pregnancy and childbirth brings, while the relaxation and breathing will relieve stress and tension and encourage deep rest. I'm new to yoga, will it be OK for me? Our pregnancy classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Classes are small, enabling the teacher to keep an eye on you, ensuring you are safe and working within your limits. When can I start? Classes are suitable from 16 weeks pregnant."BumpYoga started out of a perceived need for pregnancy specific fitness classes.BumpYoga offers classes that are specifically designed for Mums-to-be at prenatal yoga classes, and new mums in the postnatal Mums and Bubs classes.
