About Pūrotu specialise in personal training, nutrition advice, massage therapy and Māori health promotion. Story Pūrotu Health & Wellness was founded by Moana Wakefield in 2012 and is based in Porirua. Pūrotu Health & Wellness is mobile personal training service. Our sessions can be in your home, outdoors or you can come to me. We provide one on one personal training, small group training and remedial massage therapy. Providing an enthusiastic and positive service, where you will work hard and have fun at the same time. I am a REP's registered trainer. REP's operates a registration body for exercise professionals, exercise facilities and education providers in New Zealand and is the recognised standard to ensure safe and effective exercise advice. I am a fully qualified massage therapist with 15 years experience.
