Therapeutic massage therapy is a therapy which looks at the whole person, taking into account physical symptoms as well as psychology, environment, nutrition and the effects that these can have on our life.

Massage strokes can vary from deep to light with Thai massage, accupressure techniques and breathing being incorporated into the treatment, depending on your own needs and preferences.
