Story Equine Smiles owner-operator Mikaela Amos has studied both the Certificate in Equine Dentistry Level 5 and the Advanced Equine Dentistry course provided by the New Zealand Equine Dentistry School (NZEDS) under the instruction of Warwick Behrns QEqDT IAED/CA and Dr. Stefan N. Hadzi-Longinovic DDS, QEqD. New Late Fee Policy Instances where payment is not Received on the day the client will incur a late fee per booking (not per horse). This policy will be implemented as of October 1st for all current and future bookings. Payments by cash, internet banking and cheque will continue to be accepted as per usual for your convenience. Unfortunately we do not currently have an accounts system however we do hope to cater for business clients in the future. Clients are welcome to pay in advance as we can always refund if a booking is cancelled or a partial refund if no treatment takes place. Late fee charges are as follows: $10 per week for Tier 1 Clients (0-59km from base) $15 per week for Tier 2 Clients (60-70km) $20 per week for Tier 3 Clients (elsewhere)"Serving ALL Equus!
